About Us
Where compliance feels simple, human, and real.
Olga Weintraub Elia
Hi, I’m Olga Weintraub Elia, founder of Yaga Smart — a university-trained Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), WHS-qualified professional (BSB41419), Trainer and Assessor (TAE40116), and holder of a degree in Public Policy and Administration (Distinction).
I’ve spent years inside early childhood services — teaching, leading, and mentoring educators and students; guiding leaders in compliance; developing and auditing QIPs/Self-Assessment Tools; and navigating every stage of Assessment and Rating.
I’ve seen the weight that sits on directors’ shoulders — the kind that keeps you awake wondering if you’ve done enough, if your systems are strong enough, if one person’s mistake could undo years of work.
That fear is real — and it’s exactly why I built Yaga Smart. Because compliance isn’t about ticking boxes; it’s about protection. It’s about creating culture that keep people safe — physically, emotionally, professionally, and legally — even when things go wrong.
I believe safety isn’t perfection — it’s presence. It’s the steady confidence that comes from knowing your policies, your training, and your culture can hold up under pressure.
At Yaga Smart, you’ll find clear frameworks, plain-English guidance, and realistic support that give you the confidence to lead without fear — and the clarity to protect what you’ve built.
Because safer environments don’t start with luck—they start with informed, brave adults who care enough to lead well.
