Service Description

This is a 2-hour highly interactive and engaging team implementation workshop session - “show, don’t tell” on QA2 and QA7 - with clear take-home tools for educators and services leaders. You’re not getting generic theory. The workshop is run by a facilitator and compliance specialist with years of real “on-the-floor” early childhood experience, plus deep exposure to what regulators actually look for. That means we focus on what works in real centres: messy days, staffing gaps, strong personalities, parent pressure, and the reality of getting consistent practice across a whole team. In 120 minutes, your team co-creates centre-specific scripts, role clarity, and documentation templates aligned to QA2 and QA7. This Kickstart workshop helps to convert policies into a simple workflow and language which staff can follow.
